Medspa, Doylestown, PA – The total re-adaptation of an approximately 6,200 square foot office into an upscale medspa-surgery center.

Olympus Building Services, Inc., New Hope, PA – The renovation of an existing office building, interior and exterior – completed during the owner’s regular business hours, and while maintaining daily office functions.

Bella Toscana is the rehab of a commercial building in New Hope to accommodate chic new retail space, with two apartment units.

Union Square, New Hope, PA - In the center of the historic district, the old Union Camp industrial site has reemerged as a park-like setting for over 150,000 square feet of offices, shops, restaurants, and an event center. The site is a blend of restoration and new construction. An original brick structure was transformed into the soaring contemporary open spaces of Triumph Brewing Company’s very successful brew-pub. Another portion of the existing buildings became corporate office space, with dramatic interiors which include original brick walls and exposed wood beam ceilings.

The historic Canal Barn, on the New Hope towpath, has been painstakingly restored and converted for retail use. Kept intact, is the original wooden walking wheel, which was used to load and unload canal barges in the 19th century.

The old, canal-front home of New Hope artist Joseph Pickett (30 Bridge Street) was renovated and enhanced to house an art gallery and several other commercial ventures.

Lambertville House, Lambertville, NJ, is a National Historic Registry hotel (1812), restored to its original charm. The inn incorporates twenty-six luxury hotel rooms (AAA Four Diamond rated) with modern day conference facilities, antique and art retail shops, a bar, and a scenic outdoor garden terrace.

Two additional “commercial” ventures each were award-winning projects in Hunterdon County, NJ: the 1995 transformation of the Original Trenton Cracker factory into Lambert Square - a multi-use facility including office space, a physical fitness center, and micro-brewery, and Diamond Silver, another Lambertville factory rehabilitation - now a 35,000 square foot office center.
